This is always a useful piece of equipment to keep in your bead box!
When beading you occasionally need to keep a long tail piece of thread to minimise joins in the work, add embellishments etc. Because bead thread snags easily you need to keep it out of the way and prevent it knotting while doing your main beadwork - this is when this simple little gadget is required!
We have tried many ways: wrap the thread around card (kinked the thread and caused knots) or wrap thread around an empty spool (un ravels easily) to name two!!
The No Tangle Thread Bobbin really does the job. You "pop" open the bobbin, wrap your thread around the center pillar and "pop" the lid back into place. This keeps your thread safe, it does not unravel and the thread is not damaged or kinked. Because the bobbin is so light it doesn't even get in the way when you are beading!
