Icy the Snowman Bauble Ornament Bead Pattern

Icy the Snowman is a cheery little chap - he would love to hang on your Christmas tree this year! Wherever you hang Icy he will be sure to bring a little Christmassy magic into your life. Icy has jet crystal buttons, a silver lined red and green poinsettia flower in his black top hat and a bauble belly. Beaded in white pearl Delicas he really shimmers under the fairy lights. Beaded over a 3cm bauble Icy should take about 2-3 hours to bead and uses Round Peyote. Knowledge of Round Peyote is helpful but instructions are given. There are 5 delica colours in total and the finished beadwork is approximately 6 cm x 3 cm not including loop. 7 x 4mm black crystals, 1 x 6mm orange crystal and 1 x 3mm 24k gold plated/yellow crystal is required along with a 3cm Silver or White bauble ornament and a small amount of polyester wadding for the snowman head. Note we have photographed Icy with a matte coloured bauble to stop reflection in the images, but he really looks at his best with a shiny bauble belly!
