Daisy Chain Necklace Bead Pattern

There is something so summery about a daisy chain necklace, taking you back to carefree hot sunny days in your youth making necklaces out of the daisys you find in the lawn. Our daisy bracelet can be worn all year around. This beaded daisy chain works in the same way as the real thing, each daisy is created individually and joined together to create the chain effect. Each daisy is made using opaque white beads with a sunflower yellow centre bead and silver lined green stem. Additionally on each daisy we have added a 6mm crystal which adds a bit of extra bling and weight to the necklace. This necklace is approximately 26 inches long, and includes 20 daisys – however you can bead as many as you like, to which ever length you require. If you want less daisies just bead the stems longer and maybe add more beads to the 6mm crystals. As usual with ThreadABead featured patterns we give full detailed photographic instructions and in this pattern there are 24 detailed steps, making this pattern even suitable for beginners to beading. This ornament bead pattern is made using Japanese Miyuki size 11 Delica. A form of Round Peyote stitch is used but full detailed instructions are given and no previous knowledge of the stitch is required. Please note the pattern may not work with any other size and type of beads. There is 3 delica colours in total and the finished beadwork is approximately 26 inches. 20 x 4mm Sunflower Crystal, 20 x 6mm Crystal AB beads are also required.
