Light Up LED Ornament Bead Pattern

How about a beaded ornament that actually lights up! Utilizing some fabulous new electronic technology from ThreadABead you can now add light to your beadwork! Simply press on the large crystal bead in the middle of the ornament to activate the controller, press once for a continuous light, twice for a flashing light and three times for a rapid flash in the center of the ornament. We have developed this ornament to work with an Electronic Flasher Controller – available from www.threadabead.com/shop. You do not need any knowledge of electronics to complete this project, and as usual with ThreadABead featured patterns full photographic step by step instructions are given, making this project suitable for even beginners to beading. Note this ornament can also be made without the electronic component added and will still give you a lovely little star ornament! There are 2 colours in total and the finished beadwork is approximately 6.25cm x 5.5 cm (not including hanger) 12 x 4mm Crystal AB, 1 x 6mm Crystal AB, 1 x 10mm Crystal AB are required. You will also need 1 x Electronic Fasher Controller (available from https://www.kitronik.co.uk/2719-electro-fashion-flasher-controller-leds-thread.html) and a small amount of White Beading Foundation to add the light up effect.
