3D Ice Cream Van Fairground Ornament Pattern Bead Pattern

Who wants a flake with their ice cream? They are still 99p in the ThreadABead fairground! Of course, you can not go to a fair without seeing one or two ice cream vans and who can resist the delicious goods on offer! The 3D Ice Cream Van is the eighth item in a series of 3D ornaments that make up a fun fair at the ThreadABead Fairground. There is just so much detail in this ice cream van from the server tempting you with a delicious ice cream from the serving hatch with candy striped awning to the driver and passenger. The van is decorated in a pink and yellow livery with ice cream and lolly themed décor and signage. The 3D Ice Cream Van has been designed sit on a mantle piece as part of a fairground scene. Made using Round Peyote the Ice Cream Van takes around 3-4 hours to bead. Techniques used in this pattern are Odd Count Peyote and Round Peyote. As usual with ThreadABead featured patterns we give full detailed photographic instructions and in this part there are 78 detailed steps. Please note the pattern may not work with any other size and type of beads. There are 15 colours in total and the finished beadwork is approximately 4cm (w) x 2.75cm (d) x 2.75cm (h) cm Wadding is required and a no tangle thread bobbin is very useful.
