So where do you keep that secret stash of mini eggs? Well how about a rather festive Easter trinket box! And this box really captures a beautiful spring day, with a scene featuring rabbits on their Easter egg hunt amongst the flowers, butterflies and bees! The lid of the trinket box features a 3D daisy head, with a cute little 3D bee resting on it. In this pattern we give full detailed photographic and graphic instructions, and in this pattern, there are 66 detailed steps, making this pattern even suitable for beginners to beading. This bead pattern is made using Japanese Miyuki size 11 Delica. Round Peyote stitch is used but full detailed instructions are given, and no previous knowledge of the stitch is required. Please note the pattern may not work with any other size and type of beads. There are 16 delica colours in total and the finished beadwork is approximately 6cm (h) x 5cm(w) 1 x 6mm Fire polished Jet and 3 x 4mm Crystal AB are required. Optionally Fireline 6lb thread can be used instead of Nymo for extra stiffness on the box if required.
