What is your Bead Patterns Refund or Return policy?
We regret we are unable to accept refunds or returns of bead patterns once they have been downloaded from the link we send to you via the email sent at checkout. If you feel you do have a problem during the purchase of the bead pattern please do contact us at email@example.com and we will do our very best to help or rectify any matter - we will try and respond within 24 hours.
Please note, we are not responsible if you purchase a pattern that is beyond your level to accomplish. Free instructions are available on site, and we are more than happy to give help and advice on beading techniques if needed.
Additionally, we are not responsible if you are unable to print out the bead patterns, but we will try and give advice and help where possible.
Please note, non payment of patterns will result it in a barr from purchasing future items from ThreadABead.
What is your Bead Shop Refund or Return policy?
While we hope you'll be happy with your ThreadABead items, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you'll need to know.
Changed your mind? That is no problem. We're happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as its within 28 days and in an unused condition.
If you wish to return an item purchased from the shop please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return. Items must be returned to us unused and in their original unopened packaging with a copy of the invoice.
Please ensure you receive a FREE Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof of posting. We are not responsible for items lost in the post.
ThreadABead is not responsible for any lost items when returning defective goods or items not returned in accordance with the following terms:
- We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning defective merchandise.
- Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
- Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
Buyer pays all postage costs unless the item is faulty, in which case we will pay return postage. As long as you're returning all of your order, we'll refund your delivery charge in full. If you're only returning some of your products, the delivery charge will remain.
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it's working, or used more than reasonably expected. On receipt of the goods we will credit you the amount of the goods and contact to you to let you know.
