Booking Process

By making a booking in a property through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

Guests are expected to comply with the property rules and respect the privacy of others. Antisocial behavior, over occupancy, or any other violations will not be tolerated.

Violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in eviction from the property.

Property Rules

  • Check In: Between 4pm to 9pm on the day of arrival.
  • Check Out: Before 10am on the day of departure.
  • Self check-in with key safe - The code for the key safe will be provided to you at least 7 days before your arrival date.
  • 4 guests maximum may stay in the property.
  • No pets are allowed in the property.
  • Do not cause a disturbance to the neighbours (Quiet zone 11pm to 7am).
  • No parties or events are allowed.
  • No commercial photography allowed.
  • No smoking, vaping, candles or naked flames.
  • Please take care of the property and its contents.
  • No overnight visitors.
  • Park within the white lines in designated space.
  • Turn off fire and secure doors and windows when leaving.
  • Let us know if anything is broken, unclean or missing – we will do our best to rectify this.
  • Report any damages within 24 hours.
  • Only use dishwasher tablets provided.
  • No bikes, prams etc in the common areas.
  • No indoor furniture outside (including soft furnishings).
  • Property should be left as found - clean and put back everything used.
  • Not suitable for infants (under 2 years).
  • Keep child locks on French window and windows if children under 18 are present.

Security Cameras

  • External security cameras have been strategically placed at each external entrance doorway of the property.
  • The cameras serve as a deterrent against antisocial behavior, unauthorized entry, and over occupancy.
  • In case of suspected antisocial behavior, the footage may be reviewed to gather evidence.
  • The use of security cameras complies with the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Footage will be securely stored and accessed only when necessary.
  • Access to footage will be restricted to authorized personnel.
  • Viewing will be limited to specific circumstances, such as suspected antisocial behavior.
  • Guests’ privacy rights will be respected at all times.

Recycling

As part of our commitment to the environment and in compliance with local Welsh laws, we kindly ask all guests to follow our recycling guidelines.

  • Do not leave bulky items for disposal.
  • Separate your waste.
  • Refer to the welcome book in the apartment for detailed instructions on recycling.
  • Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to these rules will result in any charges or fines incurred by us to be passed onto you and potential legal consequences as per Welsh regulations.

Damage

  • Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
  • Any damage caused due to negligence or intentional actions will be the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests must promptly report any accidental damage or breakages to the property owner.
  • This includes damage to furnishings, appliances, fixtures, or any other part of the property.
  • After check-out, a thorough inspection of the property will take place.
  • Guests are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Details of the damage and associated costs will be provided.
  • Payment for damage incurred will be required within 14 days.
  • If a guest refuses to accept responsibility or is uncooperative, legal action may be pursued.

Payment and Pricing

  • Prices are in GBP (British Sterling) currency.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges (such as taxes, resort fees, or local taxes) may apply.

Booking Modifications and Cancellations

  • Full Refund Eligibility: Guests are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by the property owner.
  • Non-refundable Period: Any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. This includes bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date.
  • Notification Requirement: To initiate a cancellation, guests must provide written notice via email or postal service. The date on which the notice is received will be considered the official date of cancellation.
  • Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
  • Partial Refunds: In special circumstances, such as early departure or no-shows, partial refunds or credits towards a future stay may be considered at the discretion of the property owner.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: Should there be extenuating circumstances that prevent a guest from staying (e.g., serious illness, family emergency), the property owner may, at their discretion, offer a voucher for a future stay or a partial refund, provided appropriate documentation is presented.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure, where unforeseen events beyond the control of either party prevent the guest from traveling, both parties will discuss an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds.
  • Insurance Recommendation: Guests are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment against unexpected circumstances that may necessitate cancellation.

Travel Documents and Health Requirements

  • You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and health certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with any vaccination or health requirements for your destination.

Travel Insurance

  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
  • Read the policy terms carefully to understand coverage and exclusions.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • We act as an intermediary between you and service providers.
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services.
  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • Your data will be used for booking purposes and may be shared with relevant service providers.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest).

Complaints and Disputes

Report any issues promptly during your trip. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
